No1SXM is a trimaran built by Gold Coast Yachts in St.Croix
Her official name is Virgin Fire and the previous owner and builder of the yacht kept her in St.John, USVI.
She is 56ft. long and 36ft. wide, the mast is 72ft.
Having participated in various regattas throughout the Caribbean Virgin Fire (No1SXM) made the podium on more than 1 occasion.
The Design
When the boat was built in 1996, the design was to be a racer-cruiser, but ultralight.
The design includes Dyneema rigging, to keep it light and a rotating mast to ad that 1/2 Knott extra boat speed.
For comfort it still has 5 big spaces to sleep & a galley with lots of working space.
To add comfort for our cruising guests now we have changed the trampolines with a fine mesh and great maxi beanbags and comfortable seating.
